Hi to all.

OPEN DAY @ SFKA

We are holding an afternoon of Free Self-Defence Classes on Wednesday 12th November.

All Parents of Doonside Public School students are invited to attend.

In these Adult classes you will learn the basic steps in Self-Defence….They are especially suited to Women.

The class starts at 2.00 until 2.45pm in the Canteen Hall located at Doonside Public School.
We look forward to seeing you there.

ISKA - World Cup Tournament Results

SFKA would like to thank the Instructors & Students who participated in the ISKA World Cup Tournaments in October.

A BIG "CONGRATULATIONS" to Narelle who was placed second in the Ladies Continuous Sparring rounds. Narelle showed what a great contender she is and proudly collected her 2nd place trophy.
Once again…..Congratulations Narelle.

Shihan Frank competed in the Creative Breaks competition and came a lucky second after having double hammered fisted concrete roof tiles then side kicking besser block caps. With the help of Sempei Andrew, Henry & Joe, Shihan also ranked 4th in 4 man attacks.

Once again, a special Thank-you to Sempei Andrew & Sempei Joe who also helped Referee over the 3 day event.

We are all looking forward to the next event and hope to have more students and Instructors participating .
