In deciding to join Shihan Franks Karate Academy you have taken the first step towards learning how to look after yourself, your family and friends and train your body and mind to become as one.

S.F.K.A is a new style of Martial Art developed by combining traditional Japanese Martial Arts with more modern everyday self-defence techniques.

Martial arts is a mixture of physical and mental exercises using developed skill techniques for the purpose of training and learning an effective means of self-defence. Children are able to start learning as young as seven years.

Friendly family club training classes are held at the S.F.K.A. dojo Monday and Wednesday evenings. While our classes are fun, they are also vigorous, physical and disciplined. Training is fully supervised and all instructors are accredited with the Martial Arts Industry Association. (MAIA)
